1. Who we are

This store, MIMOJO, is run by the seller named on our Contact information page, where you'll also find our email address. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The product

The CAT WASH is a self-grooming arch for cats. It has bristle columns, hanging brushes and a mat. It works only by brushing: it has no water, lights, motor or electronics. Some photos and videos on this site are AI-generated illustrations and may not show the product exactly as it is. The product description is what counts. Colours may look slightly different on screen.

3. Pet safety

Put the arch on a flat, stable floor. Watch your cat the first few times it uses the arch. Check the brushes regularly and remove the loose fur. Stop using the arch if any part breaks. It's a grooming accessory, not a toy for chewing.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency at checkout. Depending on your country, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. The contract is made when we email you the order confirmation. We may cancel an order and fully refund it if the item is unavailable or if the price shown was clearly a mistake.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. The item becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to you.

7. Returns and your rights

See our Return and refund policy. If you live in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal guarantee. These terms don't limit any rights you have under consumer law.

8. Liability

We're responsible for the item matching its description and working as described. We're not liable for losses caused by using the product in a way this page advises against. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Complaints

Please email us first. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If you live in the EU and we can't agree, you can contact the consumer authority in your country. In Lithuania, that's the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
