Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders from €60. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes up to 14 business days. Your CAT WASH ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, and you'll get an email with a tracking number when it leaves.

Customs, duties and taxes

If VAT, import duties or other taxes are not included at checkout, the carrier may charge them on delivery.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it once you pay the new shipping cost. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If the parcel is lost, we'll send a new one or refund you.
