14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the CAT WASH, without giving a reason. This applies to all customers.
How to return
- Email us within 14 days of delivery, using the address on our Contact information page. Include your order number and say that you want to return the item.
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the item back within 14 days of your email, complete (arch, brushes and mat), in the original packaging if possible.
Return shipping costs
You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Refunds
We refund the price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until the item has arrived back with us, or until you send proof that you've shipped it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If the item shows wear beyond what's needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give a full refund, including return shipping. If you live in the EU, your 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods also applies. This policy doesn't limit it.
